  • Ultimate List of Discount Music Software Sites

While sales on vendor's websites come and go with the holidays, there are some sites you can check year round for awesome deals. This thread will act as a reference for all of those discount / bundle music software sites. Feel free to recommend others as a reply and i'll get them added.

Audio Plugin Deals - This site operators kind of like Humble Bundle does for gaming. They curate some time limited bundles at a huge discount, but they also have a store where you can shop for smaller discounted products as well. They tend to do a lot of sample libraries and Kontakt instruments, but you can find almost every type of digital music product on there.

VST Buzz - VST Buzz features two deals at a time, typically plugins, synths, or sample libraries. Deals are sometimes based on a bundle, but other times they're a singular product at a steep discount. They don't feature a store like Audio Plugin Deals, and they have less deals at any given time, but in my experience the discounts are even better than Audio Plugin Deals.

Loot Audio - This used to be Kontakt Hub and Sampleism, but it seems like recently they merged them into their new service Loot Audio. Basically, Kontakt Hub was a giant library of Kontakt libraries featuring lots of sales, and Sampleism was a giant library of sample packs that often had massive sales. Loot Audio was a subscription box for great Kontakt libraries and sample packs, but now all 3 of these services have been merged together. Its a great website run by some great people, and they have some incredible deals.

Plugin Boutique - Plugin Boutique is a multi-vendor marketplace for audio software. They feature a lot of plugins, synths and Kontakt libraries with some really great deals. Throughout the entire year you'll be able to find something there at a great price.

Native Instruments - Believe it or not, Native Instruments actually has deals every month or so. At least over the past couple years they'll feature a Kontakt developer on their page for a few weeks and offer their libraries at a massive discount. I've picked up a lot of deals this way.

Yeah me too! Last year I made a black friday sales video that performed very well, so i'm planning on doing that again this year. I always stock up on black friday since the deals are INSANE, upwards of 80% off on a lot of sites.

First off, I want to say that I appreciate all of the references. I will definitely be checking them out.

However, this link shows an "Angus Synth" on Audio Plugin Deals for 92% off, at only $6 something. I'm wondering if this is too good to be true, or if there is some sort of catch
(such as having to sign up for a membership). Just wanted to run it by you guys first. Thanks so much!

Nope its all legit. I think you'd have to make a free account on their website to checkout, but thats it. These kind of deals are common in the music software space, I ran a deal with VSTBuzz a couple times and it was for 80% off, and they pay quite well. Typically the reason these discounts are so high is they tend to be older products that aren't selling as well anymore since the companies have new products.

The products themselves however can be quite good even if they're old.

Speaking of sales... Native Instruments is running a 63% off sale for a bundle of Orchestral Tools Kontakt libraries! I have a few of these already and they're great, if anyone is looking for some orchestral sample libraries. https://www.native-instruments.com/e...ls-offer-2020/
