Over the last two weeks I've noticed campaigns of mine that target Mexico and other poorer (red) countries tend to be way more expensive than last year (I mention Mexico because that's where most of the budget tends to go).
Here is an example:

This is the location targeting for DTS Final Red:

The only other difference between these two audiences is that I removed "Spotify" as an interest in the latter because I found it gives me slightly cheaper conversions.
Does anyone know why this is happening? My DTS Final Red campaign is literally getting more than double the reach, yet less conversions
