Has the facebook Ad Centre completely changed?

Been watching Andrews videos for a while. I have my first single coming out shortly so thought id start planning my fb ad campaign by following some of his videos. The problem is my ad centre looks nothing like his his and being a complete first timer to this it has thrown me massively off.
